What's the Difference Between Extended Warranty (EW) and Accidental Damage & Liquid Damage (ADLD)?
Extended Warranty (EW)
Protect your device beyond the standard warranty.
- Covers mechanical and electrical failures due to manufacturer's defects
- Valid for brand-new devices up to 10 months old
- Coverage starts on the 13th month and is valid up to the 60th month from the date of device purchase
- Includes 12-month protection for manufacturer-related failures
- No limit on the number of claims for manufacturer's defects
- Maximum repair/replacement value is based on the current market value of the device
- Device must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals and technical specifications
Accidental Damage & Liquid Damage (ADLD)
Protection for life's unexpected accidents.
- Covers liquid damage, accidental drops, and physical breakage not included in the standard or extended warranty
- Intended only for issues not covered by the manufacturer's warranty
- If the issue is eligible under the standard warranty and still within its valid period, it must be processed under the regular warranty instead
- Includes malicious damage and unforeseen physical damage
- Covers the cost of repair or replacement due to accidents
Please note: Returns without confirmed defects or for reasons like change of mind aren't allowed. We don't offer cash refunds, but we'll make sure you get a replacement or store credit.
Exclusions (What's Not Covered)
Some things are out of our control. Here's what we can't cover under warranty:
- Physical Damage (like drops, spills, or scratches)
- Unauthorized Repairs (only official repairs count)
- Misuse or Abuse (like dropping it in water)
- Normal Wear and Tear (things like battery wear or regular use)
- Software Issues (we can't cover software bugs)
- Damage from Environmental Factors (extreme temperatures, moisture, etc.)
- Third-Party Products (accessories or items not approved by the manufacturer)

Just visit any Unicorp branch with your product, proof of purchase, and the issue details. We'll take it from there!
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Sorry, no returns for change of mind. But if there's an issue, we'll take care of it.
What if my product is out of stock?
We'll offer you an upgrade to something similar. Just pay the price difference.
What do I need to claim my warranty?
Your product, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), and warranty docs. Simple!
How long does warranty processing take?
Repairs take 30-45 business days, but if you're in a rush, we recommend visiting the brand's service center directly for faster service.
Do you cover software issues?
We don't – for software issues, you'll need to contact the software's support team.
Can I get a refund for a defective product?
We don't offer cash refunds, but we'll help with repairs, replacements, or store credit.
Who pays for shipping on warranty claims?
The customer covers the shipping costs, but we recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method.
